We are seeking an experienced 1st line support/Service Desk engineer to be based onsite in Oswestry, Shropshire.

The candidate will join the existing service desk team, serving 1800 staff and 1500 devices across the client site. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • 1st Line support on the Service Desk
  • Troubleshooting and resolving tickets, equipment installation and repair.
  • Some assistance with maintaining the Trust hardware and software, remotely resolving faults and providing advice and training for staff using laptops, PCs, smartphones, tablets and printers.
