Full Job Details
To be responsible for all of the Health Board’s information governance agenda. To develop
and manage the agenda, to provide advanced specialist knowledge, to raise awareness
and acceptance of high quality information governance standards, enabling information
governance to be successfully embedded into the organisation.
To ensure the organisation is compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements for
all aspects of information governance. To raise aware of Information Governance and
provide ongoing training and education to Health Board staff.
To lead the development, implementation, establishment and ownership of the areas of
Information Governance as a corporate resource, so that it strategically and operationally
supports the clinical and business objectives of the Health Board. These areas include
systems, policies and processes for:
