Full Job Details
Account Manager required for a 3 month contract based in the Merseyside area with the following skills:
a) Experience of working in a NHS environment.
b) Specialist experience of working in a programme management environment.
c) Substantial experience of managing a series of complex, large inter-related projects across a variety of Health Care Settings.
d) A good understanding of the application of Information and IT Systems to support Patient Care.
e) Substantial experience of managing a project team.
f) Substantial experience of using Microsoft Office applications along with MS Project and Visio.
g) Working with colleagues at all levels including clinicians.
h) Working on unfamiliar topics requiring rapid assimilation of new technical knowledge.
i) Teaching and presentation skills.
j) Experience of delivering change management initiatives.Analyses of non routine data, interpretation and resolution.
Provide day-to-day account management for individual Partner Organisation(s), acting as a point of contact for the clients related activities and working as part of a core account delivery team.
Provide Project Management expertise and advice within the client , Partner Organisations and Customer Accounts.Provide Business Change Management expertise and advice within the client , Partner Organisations and Customer Accounts.
Have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a number of projects, for the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.Ensure that all Projects are managed in accordance with PRINCE2, MSP and the clients management standards.
Ensure that all projects are supported by a robust governance structure which is supported by the the client and Partner Organisations.
Monitor the progress of the projects against the original business case and project initiation document, ensuring where necessary the projects is able to adapt to changing requirements and that plans are adjusted accordingly so that the deliverable's are on time, to specified quality and within budget.
