SQL DBA required for a 3 month contract based in the Merseyside area, with the following skills:
The Database Administrator will have overall responsibility for the installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the multiple SQL databases with the Trust.
The DBA will have overall responsibility for developing and designing the data warehouse to ensure the Trust is able to undertake Service Line Reporting (SLR) built up from information generated by a comprehensive Patient Level Costing and Information system (PLICS). The data warehouse will ultimately be the single source of reporting for the Trust.
The DBA will have overall responsibility for Liaising with and managing the technical relationship with the local ICT Service (CSU) and ensuring service levels are maintained in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).As well as overall responsibility for the day to day running and preventative maintenance aspects of the role; it will also be expected to provide expert advice and input to the wider programme and projects within CCC.
